Change of Mind
Some products are eligible for exchange or refund should you change your mind.
Products which are not eligible to be returned include; cosmetics, underwear and sanitary items (including; menstrual cups, tampons, pads, sponges and period underwear). For personal hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges are permitted on these items, regardless of the claim that they have not been used. Sales on these items are final and cannot be exchanged or refuned so please choose with care.
Any other eligible items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with any tamper-evident seals intact. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and reference your order number for pre-approval of your return within 7 business days of receiving your order and state the reason for the return and if you are seeking an exchange or refund.
If you choose to return a product due to change of mind you will be responsible for the delivery cost of the returned item.
If you have received a product with a manufacturer fault or defect, you may be eligible for a replacement. Please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your product with a photo of the fault and reference your order number in the email.
If your exchange is approved, we will supply you with a reply-paid return address for the return of the faulty goods and will ship the replacement once we receive the original returned order.
If a replacement is not available you will be offered another product of equal or greater value or a refund.
Exchanges or refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
