Use
Microwave your wheatbag on high for 2 minutes - longer than 2 and a half minutes is not recommended, as it increases the risk of burns or discomfort on your skin. Shake your wheatbag when removing from the microwave to evenly disperse the heat.
Place on areas of soreness or aching or that need warming up. The wheatbag with stay warm for 30-45 minutes depending on the surrounding air temperature.
